A Taste of Careers in the Culinary Arts

In this education program designed by the executive chef team, students explore unique food operations. They’ll discover our resort’s unique food flow process, an experience sure to inspire the next generation of culinary artists. From purchasing to receiving, from the warehouse to the restaurants, students learn about food safety and storage, preparation and presentation and careers in the industry, allowing students to explore the responsibilities and opportunities of each potential career path.
